May be you can consider getting one of those USB to LAN converter to boost the speed of the internet connection. It should be better than 1.1 Mbps for upload.

The problem is that he is using cable broadband so upload sucks. It is capable of at least 20mbps

I believe it's the "auto dimming" feature setting in. Had this issue with my lenovo yoga 2 10.1. the brightness will go up when majority of the content is white and brightness will go down when majority of the content is black or dark coloured. Very irritating when using at night. You can try changing the settings and see if it works for u.

3. If #1 & #2 were "Yes", then go to your Intel Graphic setting (can be found on your icons), then go to "Power" option, disable the second one that has something to do with adaptive display

i just need one for everyday use, read books, i can't game on windows for sure,
i dont hardcore game on android anyway...
but i guess the apps on android is much handier then windows store right?
