yes the battery issue is suddenly cannot on even if you charge, so not worth buying. **** wifi is true unless you have router beside you.

Cheap Chinese Windows Tablets with AES/N-Trig stylus?

Any Cheap Chinese Windows Tablets (8 or 10) with AES/N-Trig stylus to recommend? I don't think the Chuwi tablet support AES/N Trig stylus?

As long as it is good enough to run OneNote, I'm happy already. Preferably 8-10 inches, though.

Thanks guys!

Looking for a tablet that have:
1. 3g data minimum
2. 1080p screen minimum
3. Able to do hevc/H265 without struggling
4. Most preferably 8 inch screen size.

Anyone have any idea?

searched thru the major brands [cube, teclast, chuwi, onda]

can't seem to find a 8-inch dual-os tablet with 4gb ram 64gb storage

only 2gb/32gb; wary, as the remaining space is too small [around 4-5gb per OS]

If you don't need android, you can delete the partition. 32GB is ok if you put in microSD to keep your videos etc.

Here are instructions https://techtablets.com/forum/topic/whats-your-minimum-ram-usage/

The minimum RAM usage you can achieve is around 760mb out of 2GB

Friends and family bought three Chuwi devices for christmas (under my recommendation... :()

Every single one had some rather major fault in one way or another within 60 days... One refused to charge anymore, two got their screens scratched from the keyboard (since the screen pushes into the (official!) keyboard), Windows randomly stopped loading on one of them and on the other Android keeps crashing. Only tried the HDMI output on one of them, but... it didn't work (using a mini (or micro?) hdmi to hdmi adapter + hdmi cable (which has worked with other computers), the device didn't recognise any other display).

I'd stay away from Chuwi devices. I thought that they would be somewhat "premium but cheaper 'cuz China", but nope. Until quality control goes way up, wait a bit more. Now the screen and battery life was nice, and computing performance was O-K, and the device looked really good and certainly felt premium. But none of that matters if they break down.

Chuwi doesn't last. Onda have battery problems. Teclast may have screen problems. In the end, is the cost savings worth it?

So what is the cheapest windows 10 tablet that is worth to buy? Dell? HP?

Do your own research here https://techtablets.com/

and know all the faults before buying. I'm happy with $100 iwork8 but the 4h battery life or resolution may put you off.

I bought it initially to play some low end game but too slow. and controls are difficult. In the end, I use a homebrew Vita.

I used it to watch HEVC videos... but in the end I bought a Mi Max phone which can playback HEVC video

Now I use it when I can't run certain program at work. E.g need to edit pdf or use photoshop which is not installed at work PC.

So ask yourself, why do you need it?

Can recommend a windows 10 tablet for around $400?

I am aware the topic of this thread is China tablet but I don't find it necessary to open another thread
