Singapore used to have affordable housing under LKY time... Due to various policies etc...

Now we have some of the most expensive housing in the world... Average private condo is now 14x a median annual income...

Even thou BTO HDB is about 5x median income but we all know BTO is not exactly easy to get...

This is one problem driving Singaporean mad and the government need to fix it sooner rather than later...
