He may be following a true ketogenic diet rather than a keto-styled approach, and ultimately, individual preference and metabolic response are what matter most.
Individual preference and metabolic response.
Hmmmm

I think he is quietly eating fruits and vegetables.

I remember him posting that.

I don't believe its no fruits and no vegetables.
You rem? Prove it please.

Do you also rem you 'checked' your homa ir and claimed that you are insulin sensitive? I'm still waiting for you to tell me the name of the test.

It seems that your memory is failing you. Due to low LDL?

Eating enough fish to supply 125 g of omega‑3 would require 2.7–6.9 kg per day.
Only mad people will eat that amount of fish.

Cutting down on processed foods also will bring down omega 6.

The test name doesn't matter.

I measured both fasting insulin and glucose. And I was being paid.

Avoid processed food and definitely don't eat ultra processed food.

Eat everything in moderation, even if it is good for you. Good things when taken in excess are also bad for your body.

you are a joke la. Till now, you still do not know there's no such particular test.

Rather than telling ppl straight what these numbers are, you said something else.

Plucking numbers out from nothing?

You are such a joke. 🤣

Just google easily can already give you an answer.

Even checkyrmed had given an answer from google.

Again, you have demonstrated your half past six knowledge and lack of inquisition.

I have pointed out to checkyrmed that it's factually incomplete.

And it just further amplify the fact that you are clueless. Google cant give you the name of the test. Because it doesn't exist.

You are thinking like a squarebox.

If an accurate test doesn't exist, find the next best alternative test then. Thats how Science works.

Like I said I don't care the exact name or accurate test. If its widely used and accepted alternative then its good enough. Otherwise ignorance is bliss.

Dunn deflect the topic of your 'homa ir' test.

It has absolutely nothing to do with the next best test.

Seriously? You can have the final word.

You can watch this video of 2 peeps debating. And you reminded me of the female in the video.

From 7 min onwards.

Summary:

We can say that the high metabolic dysfunction, high omega-6 ratio in the population, and chronic diseases are significantly the result of corrupted scientists, particularly Frederick Stare at Harvard. In 1965, Stare was paid the equivalent of $48,000 in today's dollars by the Sugar Research Foundation to promote sugar as safe, claiming up to 30% of daily calories could come from sugar. He shifted blame from sugar to saturated fat while promoting corn oil and soy oil, publishing these industry-favorable views in prestigious journals without disclosing his financial conflicts.

Stare's corrupted research created a cascading health crisis. His promotion of omega-6 rich vegetable oils over saturated fats led to the inflammatory omega-6 dominance we see today. Meanwhile, his normalization of high sugar consumption while demonizing natural fats created the perfect conditions for insulin resistance and metabolic syndrome. The dietary guidelines based on his corrupted science coincided with the obesity epidemic beginning in the late 1970s and early 1980s.

This pattern of corruption continues, with scientists at Stanford and Harvard promoting plant-based diets while receiving funding from meat-alternative companies. Frederick Stare's corrupted science, funded by the sugar industry, bears significant responsibility for creating the dietary paradigm that led to our current epidemics of metabolic dysfunction, inflammatory disease, and chronic illness, proving that one corrupted scientist's influence can devastate public health across generations.

Like

"It's this ang moh fault for steering the food industry this way, so we all get sick faster"

So they may contrast in the story like why last time people relatively healthier, etc

Its the standard format, so i expect this one more or less the same

It also ties into the automobile industry because at one time they were thinking of running cars on ethanol, so farmland etc etc

Bbfa making an effort, ok
