LOL. I don't think they are going to run road la. Probably just having a tough time responding to all the necessary crediting for the influx of accounts last month.

FYI, I called the CS hotline and they mentioned that they aware of the late crediting at the moment, and are trying to have it resolved by today evening. But with all CS advise, best to take it with a pinch of salt.

Last month is ok on time why then this month mess up leh? Is it they do manual checking like RHB and this month is school holiday so employee some take leave no one to do? Hmmm manpower shortage?

This one hard to say. I suspect either they really overwhelmed or their backend really got issue.

Worst case the exposure of losses is the BI and this month interest nia.. the rest covered by insurance

I only put in my fund on 1 Oct.
Which month’s bonus interest does it calculate? September? Because it’s only $1 plus.

October’s interest only payable on November 20th. I put in my funds since 1st Sep so I just got my Sep interest today.

FYI for those who signed up for CIMB savings account promo and have an existing credit card with the bank (AKA those who qualify for 4% promo), the bonus interest will only be credited on the 25th of the month.

Hi guys seeking your advise, I'm abit confused over starsaver and fast saver, what's the difference? I have existing starsaver account and seems i can only get 1.5% interest and not the 3.5% applicable for new accounts correct? Will opening fast save put the money in better position?
