Ok did my part to call in again for the $150 SI- CIMB GIRO late issuance.
CSO said he raised for others already.
I told him pls raise in my name so that it dont seem like not many people is affected.
Pls work together and raise also

So CIMB is expecting affected customers to call in individually?

I called CIMB, was told there's no such promotion. What else I can do?
The 150 SGD one for salary credit?
https://www.cimb.com.sg/content/dam/cimbsg/personal/document/tnc/accounts/tnc_salary_crediting.pdf

https://web.archive.org/web/2024100...ocument/tnc/accounts/tnc_salary_crediting.pdf

Call them again and tell them the pdf file exist on their servers and have been archived and they can bugger off if they decide to play punk.

But likely you gotten a "useless" CS who can't be bothered to at least check or escalate, just try again

Anyone used the "Message Centre" function in CIMB Clicks website? Do they actually read and reply the messages there and usually how long they takes to reply? Thanks.

Could take more than one week to reply, if at all. Sometime need to send tracers to them.

Their customer service, both on Message Centre and email are getting atrocious. Took long time to reply and when they do, gave irrelevant answers.

Anyone on iPhone having problems in receiving push notifications to log in to their Internet Banking on the web? Seems that their latest iOS app is buggy AF. And I am still waiting for them to resolve my encountered problem.

Me, see below. But with a freaking generic answer like "Here, please take a look at the TnC, you should be eligible"
I contacted them using that back in mid dec on a sunday.
They got back to me 2 working days, though with a very generic answer.

When did you sent them? Maybe want to try again after the holidays?

When things were analog, people wanted digital cause it seems faster and more convenience
When things are now digital, for some reason, it seems slower.

At some time, probably NOW, it would be faster to head down to a branch and get answers LMAO

They were one of the first banks here to throw away hardware tokens and forced digital tokens down the throats/up to *ss of the customers.

Their so-called RMs only called and pestered you when they are short of their year-end sales targets. When practical issues crop up, they were nowhere to be found.

After their Knightsbridge branch was closed, there is only left with one location to go to.

You are Preferred? Can always request a downgrade if there's zero benefits.

I'm not Preferred and have never been called up by CIMB.

The only 'benefit' of being Preferred for me now is the slightly higher FD rates.

Not only downgrade, I am considering terminating banking relationship with them later this year, when all my current FDs mature.

Eh 问你们 hor
Those who locked in 3.2% since Jan, we should continue to GIRO in SI $1000 for Feb & Mar to get the additional .5% hor? Thx
If say deposit 100k in , can make withdrawal say 10k after one mth . We will still get 3.2% for the 90k ?

still not in yet.

will probably call next Monday if still nothing.

Just checked and still not in yet.

Called them up again and now they are saying that will be crediting within next few days (within this week).

I have doubted their response as the target is always moving.
The CSO said that he will get someone (higher authority?) to call me back to confirm the timeline.
So, let's see if they really call...

[Updated]
Someone called and mentioned that they received official email from the promotion department that the $150 reward will be credited to "eligible" customers by this week.
Let's see how true it is...maybe more of you should call in to pressure them...:)
