seems like CIMB no longer runs bonus interest for good? only have the extra 0.5% for SI and 1%/1.5% for card spend.

I belonged to the Dec-Feb cycle... can I empty the account (FastSaver) today since it has no fall-below fee or min. balance requirement? bonus from Dec-Feb supposed to receive on 31 March... do I need to continue to keep the min. $5k increment (from 30 Nov) until 31 March?
I think can empty, which I did.

Yes. $0 means more int if got promo next time on incremental bal. Hehe
I just worry got some hidden clause if we empty to $0 and they don't want to honor the bonus interest (Dec-Feb)...

Feb only 28 days , did you miscalculate due to this (I didn’t cal mine as I move most of my fund to other bank FD)
I have an excel file and calculate the end of day interest DAILY , according to all the (whichever applicable) different tiers and bonus ....

Then I do a sum() to add all the interest for every single day...

Cannot be last few mths accurate only tis FEB got lesser

I'm in Dec-Feb batch and just emptied out last 5k+base int from it. Had switched the rest to 3% Posb 2 days ago. Trade off last 2 days of cimb 3.2% to 3 months of 3% Posb.

I have doubts that your excel file is more robust in recording daily transactions and calculating base interest as compared to the banking software used by CIMB Bank :)

I also can interpret that CIMB Bank calculated your base interest accurately for the last few months but this month error out your account :)

Me too. Sunday can do ma.
Sunday transfer in I think will lugi Sunday's interest right?

cos CIMB will treat it as out on Sunday while HSBC will treat it as in on Monday.

I always avoid doing any kind of transactions on Sundays or PH...

can anyone verify this

Yes. i can.
1st Dec is a sunday and my base interest tally. The tracker also states 1st Dec for my deposits
Nicely done CIMB 💪

HSBC has a lot to learn from them, starting with the complicated aNd confusing T&Cs

Wat min incremental la...
5 times transfers...
Giro must done only AFTER the previous 2 conditions met
reference month for 2.8%,
reference month for 1%,
etc, etc.... 🤡🤡🤡

Too bad CIMB is not continuing their straightforward 3mth promo interest for subsequent mths.... I would hv continued my support 🥹
