nah i wont ever go again. You have to walk quite a distance to your hotel from the main lobby. It's damn slippery during rain, even i find it dangerous... not just for elderly

And what would be the weather be like in late oct, early nov?

End Oct / Early Nov is Autumn in Cingjing. It's gonna be cold up there in Cingjing in Nov about aprrox 12-22c. Bring warm jackets if you are afraid of cold! It's gonna be really cold at night. Enjoy your stay there! It's heaven! =)

I stay at 观星园 during my last trip. Nice place and pricing include breakfast + dinner. You can try to book the minsu.

Looks like you are going during one of the coolest month of the year looking at what the article mentioned. Bring warm clothing ba, can go below 10 degree sometime. But good time to visit Taiwan during that month, cooling and doesn't rain that much. Clear sky is much appreciated. Enjoy.

I am staying in starry minsu now, very cozy place with nice view. Reading previous post from this thread someone mention the food portion a bit small, may be we are not bigger eater, the food is more den enough for us, hence the cup noodle we brought up has no use

last year's trip to starry we thought there will be no dinner provided and we went for our full meal before heading up, ended up we really can't tuck in anymore. What a waste

if you walk outside in the evening night, it's damn chill cold.

the next day breakfast, will be a light nice one too

Enjoy your stay! Love that place man. Can see sunrise from there, need not wake up at 3am for sunrise tour.

The dinner food provided is more than adequate. Unlimited rice too!

Ya the food is adequate lar, if not enough can ask for more dun think the boss will reject. Lady boss very nice keep asking enough want some more or not.

It has been drizzle for many day liao, picture I took in the night with heavy fog like snowing like that very nice.

I am currently making a booking with Misty Villa for a night in Jan 17. I would also like to check if it is possible to buy the bus ticket online in advance, as I will be travelling from Kaohsiung early in the morning to take the first or second bus ride timing.

What can do a afternoon-night in Cingjing by the way?
-Carton King for a quick lunch
-GreenGreenGrassland walk a few hours
-near evening reach Swiss Garden
-Back to Misty Villa for dinner?


Not sure if it would be sold out when I reach there.
