the connection at my kpt was terrible. Took super long to pay digital payment and realised the speed was only 10mbs. Not even in 100s.

Anyway report to circles life or m1?
$5 plan? your line under CL .. you cannot report to M1 direct

But once I step away from the KPT, the speed test go back to 100mbs. Just some dead zone but surprisingly that this old crowded kpt will have dead zone. Means no one complain to m1.

after using CL for a few days, let me share my experience for now:

1. Registration for sim card is fast and straight forward. This step does not even require you to log in to your singpass for verification. You are just required to enter your name, IC Number, address for delivery and choose the date/time for sim card delivery. I registered for CL $5 50GB on Thursday, and receive the SIM Card on Saturday via Speedpost
2. Activated the SIM Card (this is the step where it requires Singpass verification) and selected porting from Simba. Was informed via SMS/Email that the porting will take place on 3rd July between 11pm to 4:30am. Received sms itself just before 11pm yesterday and when I work up 5:40am on 4th July, number has been ported, but only receive sms on porting is successful at 9:15am. Overall experience is quite systematic
3. My working location is at Tuas, Simba reception is very bad there, but I have way better reception on CL than on Simba at work. At home (Bukit Batok), more or less the same.

So far, overall experience is still pretty good taking into considerating that this is a $5 plan with 50GB data. Using this as my secondary SIM for work though. Main number is still on Starhub. Reception bad doesnt affect me as much as this is my work sim, so if people cannot contact me due to poor reception, is a good thing also isnt it? :p
