I'm using them in a static setup (and nowhere near Johor), so it is redundant. But with Circles' billing antics, better turn off to be safe than sorry. Especially that Auto Boost one, which I might eat into if not careful. :o
Absolutely, especially if you foresee yourself likely to exceed your data quota. Best to turn off.

In any case, I am on ST and M1 (Circles) for my mobile right now to enjoy best coverage, in cases where coverage is spotty on either telco, I can always toggle between either, sets me back less than $20 each month which I find reasonable, given some places I have personally experienced ST or M1 failed me. In addition to the amount of data I have from both lines, so as mentioned earlier, never had to worry about exceeding my monthly data quota.

With the intention to port-out of Circle Life after port-in to Circle Life,
anybody know whether Circle Life impose a minimum stay period (eg.30 days) before you can port-out to other telco (eg. ZYM)

''The minimum period you have to stay with us is only two months since our first bill immediately charge you for the first and second month'' and
''you can cancel your plan after the minimum period''

that mean cannot make it in time for the port-in promotion.

How to tell which 5g router is compatible?
Check for the supported bands (N1 and N78 - which should be supported by most, if not all) in the specs
AND
Make sure it is fully unlocked (not bound to any telco or region-locked to any country - like with my China-only Huawei unit bought on Taobao without knowing)

Bonus: Check for CA (Carrier Aggregation) in the specs if you want as much bandwidth as possible; it can combine both N1+N78 (20+100 MHz) together if available from the cell it is connected to - this feature should also be available to most 5G modems.
