1) Your AI access is only via their app. They claim unlimited, but even the standalone plus/pro ChatGPT subscribes have limits.

2) Yes, they are betting that it is hard for you to abuse to the level that they lose money. It is 14usd for 1 million token for gpt5.2 roughly 750k words of output. People who are savvy enough probably will use something else so they should be safe. There are other provided that provide the same for cheaper and it works in web too.

If true, then that means circles is reselling usage, similar to openrouter, and setting limits.

I had a 1TB CL in my SIM router and last month exceeded it. They sent me a email. I stop using and swap out with another SIM card.
Luckily, there was no extra charge this month.

It probably depends on the usage pattern and family size, but indeed you can exceed 1TB per month.

I split my Singtel 5Gbps into two home networks.

My two OpenWRT main routers has the uptime of 57d 17h now.

WAN Port usages data from OpenWRT -- total download about 2.1TB, total upload 734GB.

Five users (4 of us plus a helper), usually no heavy downloads (other than occasional Linux/BSD ISO downloads and OS updates), internet browsing, Youtube (five heavy users here), home based learning, Google Photos backup, etc.

BTW, OS updates (Windows updates, macOS updates, Linux updates, Android phone OS updates and iOS updates) can be pretty significant if you add them together.

1) Router 1 with 5Gbps uplink

2) Router 2 with 1Gbps uplink (total bandwidth is still 5Gbps).
