IIRC, yes.
CL is a PITA when it comes to billing and timing to port out.

I use it as home internet with sim card inside a 5G Router (D-Link DWR-BE7200G) so no roaming. $8/month plan + $0.70/month platform fees = $8.70/month.

Did 4 speed tests as shown below. Not sure if 15ms ping is okay for Dota as I don't play FPS games.
