I just get a new number from CL. I'm using this line for my home's 5G router so the phone number doesn't matter. How’d you reduce? Port out and port back in?
Ah okay. Noted thanks!!I just get a new number from CL. I'm using this line for my home's 5G router so the phone number doesn't matter.
I'm on the $6.70 5G plan... Aiya, maybe if it drops further to $4, maybe I might consider in-out again. Thanks for the code! Reduced my plan from $8.70 to $6.![]()

$6 5G plan to me is cheap enough. Other MVNOs all need at least $10. So long as the speed is stable, I'm good.I'm on the $6.70 5G plan... Aiya, maybe if it drops further to $4, maybe I might consider in-out again.
The last time I did that, it was $10.70 -> $6.70.
I temp jumped onto Zero1's Starter plan, then port out after the end of that 1 month. Only billed for that one month.$6 5G plan to me is cheap enough. Other MVNOs all need at least $10. So long as the speed is stable, I'm good.
Do you port out-in in a short time frame? I read the t&c for zym & vivifi and they say need to stay with them for at least 2 months or else there will be a penalty. Not sure how much the penalty is so have not tried yet. If the penalty is just to pay up to 2 months of subscription fees, then it's okay. I'm afraid they will charge more than that.
Actually the 'secure me' function can be disable via the appI just ported out from Circles Life and it is so mafan!!!![]()

Initially, I tried 2 times and the new MVNO sent me SMS saying the port-out was unsuccessful. I then contacted CL and they said my account was locked by a feature called "SecureMe" to protect my account. Then I requested CL to unlock it and they sent me an ad to stay with them and their plans are worse than my $8.70 for 1TB plan. Don't know if the "SeucreMe" is a security feature or Opportunity to Advertise feature.![]()

This is the default setting of CL, you may disable Secure Me yourself actually. This Secure Me thingy is really annoying and caught many users off guard when trying to port out. Boycott CL since then, regardless of how attractive their plans are, who knows what patterns will comes out again from them.I just ported out from Circles Life and it is so mafan!!!![]()

Yes. Is not new…Actually the 'secure me' function can be disable via the app
In the App - > account - > settings - > security optionNot sure if this is a new update or only for my case: I tried to disable myself, when I got to know about it from CL and was waiting for them to get back to me, but after pressing the button, it said to contact customer service. So it seems like users cannot directly disable from the app now. Maybe someone else can check and see if this is the case.
Link? One has to wonder if circles is profiting from their low cost zero roaming plans. Is their margins really that tight or some person who paid $380 worth of activation fees for some "Pokémon cards" is paying for the promo code.
