Oh yes then bro tokora u should consider 2b2bath, extra toilet makes a big difference.

And extra toilet is not a big difference for small family <= 3. Waste $$ for extra toilet you don't use. Unless you want to convert it to store room.

Was it v rushed like u have to make ur decision within a few min?

Yes we just chose the next level, it was really rush, u wait outside the glass door, 1 staff will “flash” on iPad the unit taken, then immediately u are next to usher in to the room and immediately they will zoom with other agencies to confirm the unit number, super fast like inside last than 2-3min...
