Where to see price?

Tower 6 nv block wor. Dont understand why developer priced tower 8 at higher pricing. Maybe coz tower 6 north facing, face tennis court childcare and hdb substation.

The hdb peak is only 15th high. So u take tower 6, said 17th can clear easily already. Not forgetting clavon is on elevated ground and condo ceiling height for each floor is higher than hdb.

Yest starting price for 3br compact 36.01 is 1.658m nobody buy.

Now it is priced at 1.736m (not sure if there is a price typo not)

Not exactly a bear, except that truth be told, most of the new launches are overpriced.

If you see my previous postings before 12 Dec, I said many times Clavon is the one to buy.

Really?

Honestly not for me, price wise, if u want sell in future break even around 1.9k psf, the quantum will be quite out of reach unless all the Clementi bto can sell at 1M

Tho Parc Clem pure 1 bedders starts from $696k during launch back in Sept 2019,

The 1+Study is slightly smaller than Clavon’s and priced from $803k.

parc clem has 136 one bedders + 68 one+study.
Clement canopy no one bedders.

Trilinq has 112 one bedders but so far 0 entered resale market. Asking price $828 888 onwards.

Market seems to not yet accept Clementi one bedder for $8xxk in the resale market.
Even hundred tree (956 years) are transacting $7xxk.

Clavon at $800k onwards, interesting to see if market beyond 2023 can accept $9xxk one bedders in Clementi.

Trilinq 1 bedder asking price dropped to $818 888.
