Hence there’s Whistler grand & subsale Parc riviera as an alternative to be within 1km.

Parc riviera has seen 17 units transacted this year in subsale/resale.
Tho some may find it Ulu (no mrt or amenities) parc riviera has one of the highest rental caveat transacted in a year.
A total of 427 rental caveats, which makes it top 3 based on volume right after The Sail & D’leedon (both are MEGA 1000+ units project whereas PR has 752units)

https://www.squarefoot.com.sg/market-watch/rental-yield

cos new ma, tenants like new projects if given the same price..

I think few levels up , can see pool not bad also because they said higher . More noise
But higher see the candle sticks , sea and not sure can see reservoir or not
Air quality is a concern if low?

What’s the material n brand used by clavon

Appliances to be used are Electrolux and ROCA.

1+S to 3 bedroom (small) - porcelain tiles for living, dining and kitchen and vinyl for bedrooms.

3 bedroom (large) onwards - marble flooring for living, dining and kitchen and timber for bedrooms.

Thanks for sharing the information. May I know if timber is the same as engineered timber? If I remember correctly, Parc Clematis provides engineered timber flooring for all bedrooms.

It looks like the developer is gg down the path of Penrose, providing entry level finishing so that the prices could be affordable. I recall UOL providing marble flooring and timber for all units at The Tre Ver.

Welcome.

I am not sure if the timber used will be the same as engineered timber.

Larger living space comes at the expense of the type of materials used at Clavon.

Yes, you're right for Tre Ver. It was American Oak timber to be exact.

Botanique at Bartley (also by UOL) used marble and timber for all its unit types too.
