Just visited the site over the weekend, they are still doing the load testing.

Any ideas when the plot of reserved land for high-rise residential behind 208B will be launched? i've chosen 208B unit for the nice view of bt timah nature reserve, hopefully hdb don't go and build a tall flat and block my view... by the way, do you guys find the land behind 208B too small and too near to the temple and it's unlikely hdb will construct a flat right next to it.. more likely hdb will place the future BTO's multi-storey carpark/roof garden there instead to shield away from the temple?? hope my prediction is true... does anyone share the same thoughts?

The new condo next to Jurong East MRT is called "J Gateway". Nowadays so many projects name using the word "Gateway"

i did check and there's no change like you said... but looking at the development it does seem like it'll be faster than stated isn't it? I ask because I need to plan, lah. Propose - book rom, banquet, etc. Must work backwards heh.

i think to be safe you should still set 3Q 2016 and work backward from there, you never know there could be delays here or there along the way.

Hi everyone!

I'm under the NOV13 SOBF exercise and opted for Clementi area (comprising of Clementi Ridges, Clementi Gateway and Casa Clementi).

Currently for Clementi Gateway 3rm there are 52 units left and 4rm 6 units left.

Can someone maybe share with me why the 3rm units are not popular? Is it due to the proximity between the two blocks facing each other? (only 30-40m apart)

If I were to go for a 3rm, which unit would be a better choice? based on location, sun, etc?

If I were to go for a 4rm, which unit would be a good choice?

Under the NOV13 SOBF exercise we are given the options to choose either 3/4rm.

Would be grateful to those who could help me out on deciding.

Torn between Ridges and Gateway.

Thanks!

It depends what is more important to you, ridges is nearer to MRT station and town centre. Gateway's location is easier to get onto the expressways. Design wise I feel gateway is better as it's a point block. But i like the firefly park at ridges. Gateway is priced cheaper than ridges.

Thanks @wwwwwQ. Do you still have the Gateway brochure with you? Under the SOBF exercise they don't send us the brochure. So it's hard to see the layouts, information, etc..
