Guys! Let's share what you like about Clementi Gateway.

Personally, i like the exclusivity of only 4 units per level where each unit has his own corridor walkway without passing by neighbour units everday. I also like the link bridge design connecting to the MSCP and future social community facility roof gardens. The 2-storey facility looks like a condo clubhouse to me....hahaha.. actually i don know why, there is some condo feel from Clementi Gateway.

haha i think condo is a bit of a stretch la. but i like that it's quite accessible to the various expressways.. within the location itself i like that it's near, but not next to a water body. For the social community facility .. i'll be happy if theres a supermarket there heh!

I prefer to get it earlier but CG only hand over in 3 Qtr 2017. Any good example that HDB do so in their other BTO programmes.
