don really like 121..because it is so near to the buddhist temple. bad feng shui?? Heard that property near temple not favourable. Somemore we got 2 temple just right beside and a site reserved for a church. Anyone went to consult feng shui for CG can share some golden words??

No idea as I never go in before. But I saw a very big tentage just next to the open field last week while taking mrt, i believe it was for the lunar 7th month prayer and chanting.

I went to have a look - the big temple with the big statue of the bodhisattva is the Singapore Youth Buddhist Youth Mission!

I read from one posting saying that HDB estimated drop out rate is about 50% which is fairly high and very choosy from the shortlisted applicants.
3 Rm slection rate for 3 Rm yesterday is about 50% and only 4 out 8 selected their flats.

50% is prob for the more unpopular estates. Earlier this year I had a queue number of 685 for 501 units in bukit batok. Every single one was snapped up before my turn.
