I see the show room quite empty. At 60k level. The buyer who are interested has mostly book. Next level is 50 to 55k.

Wait till mid 2016 & 2017.

Likelihood, if LTA don't change tack, Cat A will hover $30-38K, & Cat B will be floating around the range between $40-45K.
Still a significant drop but one can forget about $10K COE.
