Keep in mind COE system is not highest bid=wining price.
So it all depend on how much back lot dealer has nd how much profit margin tgey are willing to throw in for a sucessful bid.

Most popular brand like Honda, Toyota, etc. If you book now. Delivery date is already after Feb next year.

Economic out look is not great. This may be also a reason for low COE.

as long as month to month go down no issue since there's the option to monitor following month.
