up up all the way
Those who bought at 28+k recently.. song bo?![]()
& also not much freebies to throw in since low COEJin song....coe drop 3k, prob car price drop little bit nia....so 28k still better value.

Watch COE better then looking at country's GDP to know is SG doing well or notMost popular brand like Honda, Toyota, etc. If you book now. Delivery date is already after Feb next year.
Economic out look is not great. This may be also a reason for low COE.

Will I lose out much if I renew 8 months before expiry?
Will I lose out much if I renew 8 months before expiry?
I would tag the forfeited coe to current coe price eg if pqp is 30k and you renew now, you "lose" $250 per month.
As long as pqp goes down don't renew yet. Eg now pqp drop from 29k last month to 27k, you can still see dec bidding and monitor. Should it increase then you calculate when is worth renewing
So the difference in the PQP divided by months left should give me an estimate on how much "loss" I will take can I say? It would make sense to renew early if I gauge pqp to be about 35k at the end of 8 months I suppose
now I get it.. is a very interesting topic for renew COEAs long as PQP doesn't increase month to month, not renewing is the right thing to do. Monitor every month's bidding closely
During the last week of each month you have the option of choosing current months pqp rate or next month's pqp rate
Which cars no ves?

yes if you're dead set on a coe renewal, the bi-monthly bidding is very interesting to monitor since it directly affects how much you eventually have to pay
How easy is it to renew? Please enlighten?
So it can be done within a day?
Have to pay the whole PQP amount immediately or you’ll be sent a bill?
