1) next bidding quota is 1815 for CatA and 546 for CatE
2) there is less of 75 quota for CatA and increase of 1 quota for CatE
3) & there was 842 for CatA and 233 for CatE unsuccessful bids on the previous COE bidding exercise
4) on an average estimated 2400+- bids will receive.

Guaranteed COE is the dealer will secure a COE for you even if it means they lose out in bidding for Cat A and have to pay more to secure a Cat E for you, usually within agreed number of bids.

Non-guaranteed COE means that they will try bidding for you at the stated price. if is successful, the dealer will request you to top up $$ after agreed number of bids
