Yes, standard if never state means not included therefore better clarify.
But CIS there is free Caller ID.
And worst, a couple of sales chap there (not part timers) insist that it is included, until you point out that it is not stated there and you have some doubt whether is it really included.

They then pretend to act blur, and finally say oh, ya not included, CIS then included. This is when it is crystal clear from the start you are talking about the non-CIS plan from the start, given that you have quoted the particular price point (e.g. $28 for 5G).

Oh well, I took my business elsewhere.

Nothing new, I enquired on Fibre asking if FTP installation can be possibly absorbed and salesperson insisted that it's covered.
And when i reiterated that what's worded is - "NLT Activation Charges Waived", and to check, still kept insisting.
Till a likely more senior/TL/supervisor came and clarify that it's not and will have to be borne by user. Said staff quietly slip away. :s22:

That's why I mentioned nowadays really need DYDD and research first, not blindly listen and commit.
If one is kumgong go and commit just by sales talk of the sales person, literally have close to no recourse one. The blind leading the blind. :s13:
The hollowing of such basic needed knowledge for entry sales roles is dissapointing tbh.

Is there a Zym booth? They advertised Comex special and head down to their booth. Don’t see them on the floor plan.
It's not actually in the Comex show floor.
Refer to ZYM's Facebook post - "Location: Level 1 Atrium, opposite Uniqlo (Inside Courts roadshow)"
H&M currently hoarded up for reno so If cannot find H&M which is beside Uniqlo, just look out for Nike, and it's right opposite.

Yeah, I received so much fluff when talking to them that they would had literally caused much lesser damage to my decision-making, if they simply said that "i don't know".

Instead, a few of them keep trying to smoke me obviously fake information and/or repeatedly act blur (in a non-genuine and dishonest manner).

It totally made me confirm on the spot to go somewhere else and not come back.

Thank u.
Any idea if do the $20/mth sim only plan is it can get the 12mths premier league free?

And this is a 2yr contract?

Sorry for asking...just checking, in case u know the details.
It is a 1-yr contract, 4G only, the promo price of $20 doesn't include Caller ID.

Promo Prices go back up to "usual" EPL price and "usual" 4G Sim-only price automatically after the 1st year, so you need to actively manage and terminate it before the end of your contract, assuming if you don't want to pay the much higher "usual" prices.

EPL itself is bundled 1-year free for this $20 promo, but in the first place, you need to wait up to 1 month for Starhub backend to setup and provide this EPL access to you. In other words, during your very first month of you signing up this mobile plan, you might not get to enjoy the EPL at all, even though you still need to pay for the mobile plan (i.e. $20 in this case) during the first month.

Lol, strange right, how they do things :s22:

Yes, bundled free for 12mths with the 2 SOP plans. Essentially, it's like a 12mth contract.
SOP by itself there isn't any contract to begin with.

Just FYI for everyone, there is somewhat of a gotcha that caller ID is secretly not included in both of these plans, another $5++ GST on top.
The people there will not tell you unless you probe very explicitly. They also won't tell/show you what are the T&Cs for these plans no matter how you ask, even though it says "T&Cs apply" right just below this picture.
Edit:
Added picture below.
Oh yes, before I forget, according to at least 2 staff I asked, they also revealed after some probing that the free EPL can take 1 month for their backend to provide it to you. Bet that they won't tell you unless you really ask. Acceptable waiting duration in today's highly technologically advanced era? You decide.

thanks for checking.
who still charges for caller ID in this day and age..
