Sometimes wonder why authorities are not focusing on traffic laws and regulations control but focusing on those things like return your trays, throw litter etc. I would think those activities where it could result in injury or loss of lives should be a higher priority than return your trays.

TBH, just change 1 simple rules to how Cxxxa is.
it solve all problems.
i rarely even see ebike or cyclist being bang there.
cause if u get bang without obeying the rules. noone need to be liable for it.
