Report in one service. Keep reporting until LTA no choice come down to issue fines.
Report in one service app until LTA get so many report and come down to issue fines. Can fine every cyclists $5k and contribute to CDC vouchers.
Just keep reporting them to LTA to force LTA to do work. Fine $5k each can thank them for their contribution to CDC vouchers.
Then pedestrian should be free from the law to beat them up.
Yah loh LTA should catch and fine them.
That is why if cyclists get mowed down they will get no sympathy. Really pests.Usually in such cases, many would just gun it and leave the scene even though the cyclists are at fault.......and trust me i have seen it countless times (as a cyclist myself, having clocked over 30k km now). Some would just stay and see if apologies can be accepted. Compensation, i think can forget it.
The second fella seems to be at not fleeing the scene though....with the first one slowly checking things out and see if the second one is gonna gun it.
Both seem to be pinoys but difficult to ascertain 100% from the vid.

But nowadays, also....many pedestrians seem to be crossing like a boss more as well. Be it mobile phones totally oblivious to everything (green man or even red man just cross) or just cross like a boss without much fear from oncoming traffic.
Just saw 2 runners crossing like that just now during my run (Im a runner too, my interest is in duathlons now), with 1 nearly being mowed down by 2 vehicles twice just outside 1 Marina Boulevard which is a 5 lane road, he just ran across the road like a boss with 2 oncoming vehicles coming round the bend from Robinson Rd / Raffles plc and the cars horning away.
Several times i have also seen runners crossing just outside Esplanade across Nicoll Highway, diagonally run across the road......while i was running or cycling. Really reckless.
So, i think it's just human behaviour in general.
Like this also can run across one...... and there are zero pedestrian crossings for that junction. Quite power.

Two cyclists riding along Pasir Ris Drive 3 were seen running a red light and colliding with a pedestrian.
The incident was captured by the dashboard camera of a vehicle waiting for the traffic light to turn green.
The footage was later shared on Facebook group SG Road Vigilante.
In response to queries by Mothership, the Singapore Civil Defence Force (SCDF) said they were alerted to the accident on Mar. 15 at about 5:25pm.
SCDF conveyed one person to Changi General Hospital.

In the video, the cyclists can be seen running a red light before the collision took place.
A few minutes later, they ran another red light further down the road.

The cyclist in front struck a pedestrian who was attempting to cross the road, while the cyclist behind then crashed into the fallen pedestrian.

You are basically displaying all sorts of nonsense you can come up with
you are in fact retorting for the sake of being a troll
2 traffic lights the cyclists ignore.
Be aware that all the other road users are abiding to the lights. Motorists jus stop.
Its so bloody clear that the cyclists are at fault and you choose to give lame excuses.
Goes so much as to say you are not the good road user you seem to claim yourself as.

These cyclists actions are all very common.
I can see them beating lights every week.
You are not a cyclist you won't understand what I said.
Police can refer the case to LTA to fine them since they beat red light and ride recklessly. That is why must keep reporting cyclists when they never push and dismount. Keep reporting and get them fined by LTA until they find no point in cycling.
Also soon bian fine the jogger for jogging and dashing the road recklessly.
Green light go leh. Blind ah? Cyclists no eyes to see traffic light better don’t cycle.

Report until the covered walkway and void deck put the sign fine $5k base on some town council act. Just need to continue reporting errant cyclist until they keep getting fined and find no joy in cycling. Every time you spot errant cyclists, you should do your civic duty and just report in one service app to build a case for law enforcement to deal with them. No need to give chance.
How to enforce or catch?
Report until town council and LTA put people to catch lah. Need to everyday report until they no choice go catch else they keep doing paper work to reply to you. Very happy to see cyclists get caught and fine. This is the only way to keep pest away and don’t endanger your life.
