exactly, last time ride bicycles will "auto", park near the perimeter so the bikes stay outside within close proximity
if going by these cyclists logic, means a car driver or motorbike can also go in and just park beside the table? :unsure:
That is why must keep reporting one service to ask town council confiscate their bicycles when they park indiscriminately at void deck. Give them an inch will take a feet. This also drive the message that they are not welcomed.

Moreover the passing lorry might had blocked the view of the cyclist as the car approached the junction.

Still, it should be red for the cyclist.

Yes. Does not change the fact that the cyclist messed up.

I was just pointing out the factors that might work against the driver from spotting the cyclist earlier.
