Most Singaporeans lack graciousness.....

The cyclists are the worst of the lot. They act like that own the roads.

Their lawyer further argued that the pair did not notice the man as their line of sight was blocked by the traffic light, citing the dashcam video.

stupid c0ck, say the can't see the man, but can clearly see the RED light that blocked their view :s13:

I dislike those who change narrative to suit themselves depending on situation.

Beside a car: “treat me like a vehicle and give me space leh”

beside a pedestrian: “ I bicycle la. No need to obey red light one. Siam leh”

Beat red light on bicycles in Pasir Ris got charged

That is why many dislike cyclists. Especially to those De-Tours.

The pair’s lawyer argued that the pair not only kept in touch with the man’s son, but also visited him with a fruit basket.

The pair also voluntarily provided the man monetary compensation and were remorseful.

At least this pair attended to the victim and compensated him. They did not resort to victim-blaming, either.

They were named and charged, too, facing potentially a jail term.
