Erm, the cycling lane so dirty with sand, debris and stone perhaps, can skid easily. Think normal cyclist also hesitate cycle on it. Don't say these pro cyclist wannabe with their thin tires at fast speed. Slippery.

Got really cycle regular one will know and understand. Local road not exactly safe for cyclist. All kinds of rubbish and debris get swept to the curb side and pose a danger for cyclist. That why sometime can see them keep a distance or swerve out.

Honestly. The cycling lane is an option, not mandatory. So they are not wrong in this sense.

however. They are wrong to cycle In a single file. I read the law book before, they can only have a maximum of 10 cyclist In a group, with 2 side by side. Meaning longest should be only 5 pairs… however they were maintaining 9 in a single file .
