traffic condition wasn’t good : wet weather, getting dark, and many traffic that could block driver’s view…

i ever knock down a cyclist on a zebra crossing in a clear day…

The cyclist doesn't seems to be looking out for traffic. Either is over confident traffic will siam, or daydreaming not paying attention to the traffic and lights.
