The faster object/vehicle shld always give way. Or riders/pmd users shld just practice this "just bcos u have the right-of-way, doesnt give u the right to run them over"

Do you know many people don't have vehicle license nowadays? Have also forget their basic theory...

Just now saw a food delivery rider refusing to slow down. Shouting and demanding everyone walking to keep left to that he can ride past.

I always feel the rider should slow down right?

Yes agree. Everybody keeping to their own paths would be best. There are also cyclists and PMD riders who injure pedestrians too (maybe also got fatalities), so there will always be two sides of the coins to it.

I belong to the camp that advocates preemptive strikes. Come too near me as to potentially injure me and I will react first
