Those buying at 2600 or 2700 psf looking to sell with prices at least 3000psf just to break even, factoring interest, stamp duty, etc…….
But heard many can't sell off..

Alot of condo hanging around in market..

Even selling at 3k psf i doubt can cover back..

No issue if selling below the market price.

The price index has moved up a lot since 2008.

After including interest etc etc..

Because condo buyer only more interested in new condo..

Existing or old condo, no one want to buy..

That why many condo owner try to rent out hoping to recoup as much as possible..
can sell. those 5 years or younger. so most buy new must flip.

If you count interest, stamp duty will be neverending

see it as stepping stone to a bigger house
Buy hdb can earn $$..

Condo got earn??

More like a living experience..

Even if want cash out 1 day.. also dont know got buyer or not..

Condo buyer more interested in buying new house. Same like car buyer.. prefer new car over 2nd hand..

Those buy 2nd hand car owner are those that need the car for work propose or family which need to travel ..

Real car owner only buy new
true but i think the quite new ones still got potential buyers, cos maybe better location, more attractive psf etc. but for 99LH, those more than 10 years face some challenge.

That's why buy 999 FH or FH only if want to hold for the long term.
Those landed buyers also buy land only..

Tear down whole house and rebuild..

Not sure abt 999 and FH condo. I think maybe these are more valuable
