也是整整四个月，社会大众见识到党检媒一体，动用国家资源进行政治清算、人格抹杀、抄家灭党，柯文哲主席始终无法为自己清白发声。
但四个月后，我们看到的却是台北地检署苍白无力的起诉内容，查不到金流，空洞拼凑证据，起诉书更坐实这四个月来押人取供、罗织罪名，配合党检媒诱导舆论办案，对柯文哲进行人格抹杀，对台湾民众党进行政治追杀。
台湾民众党今日召开国际记者会，回击荒唐、栽赃、误导式的起诉内容，也呼吁案件移交台北地院后，＃公开审理、释放柯文哲主席。
台湾民众党秘书长周榆修、紧急应变小组召集人林富男、黄国昌、李伟华，以及党籍立委、议员皆到场参加，共同捍卫柯文哲主席清白。林富男表示，北检滥权起诉沦为政治打手，对台湾民众党进行抄家灭党式的攻击，这是＃台湾民主最黑暗的一天，呼吁赖清德政府不要将政治黑手深入司法，还给柯文哲主席清白，这不只是捍卫柯文哲，更是捍卫司法公正、捍卫台湾民主法治的价值。
柯文哲没有图利京华城！从未介入容积审议 遭诬陷起诉
记者会上，台湾民众党针对北检起诉内容一一反击。对于检方认定京华城案以「都更法令申请容积奖励」违法，黄国昌批评，京华城是按照「都市计画法第24条」申请，根本不是都更，检方刻意混淆，许多学者专家也都曾公开表达，京华城容积奖励「没有违反法令」，何来「明知故意」构成图利，更何况根据台北市议会调查报告中显示，包含时任副市长彭振声、时任都发局长黄景茂都证称，柯文哲主席「从未指示」公务员违法。 「通过容积奖励的都委会成员都未被起诉，没有介入的柯文哲却被起诉」，岂不就是罗织罪名、入人于罪。
欲加之罪，何患无辞？京华城非特例 「赖能柯不能」
事实上，京华城容积奖励并非特例，全国都有相关案例。像是郝龙斌时期的文华东方，以及时任台南市长赖清德通过容积奖励从180％提高到440％，黄国昌质疑，为何「赖清德可以，柯文哲不行。」高雄国宾饭店更出现容积奖励达1142.4％，结果柯文哲遭诬陷图利这就叫做「绿能你不能。」
收贿没证据 根本没金流！ 1500万检方用凑的？
检方查了四个月找不到金流，将记载在Excel里面的1500胡扯成贿款，起诉书更荒唐的写出「某时地，亲自收受」，黄国昌说，北检说不出时间、地点、金流，拼拼凑凑差不多时间、差不多的金额，说沈庆京提1600万，当中有1500万亲自交给柯文哲，完全没提出任何证据，连证人证词都没有，用模糊的字眼、毫无证据的指控，污蔑柯文哲收受贿款。
北检找不到1500万，但媒体名嘴已经乱扯四个月，过去曾经指控的陈佩琪帐户、柯文哲家、冷钱包、市长室、京华城工地、化粪池甚至到新加坡通通都没有，请问这些名嘴要不要出面道歉。
210万合法政治献金 硬要栽赃是收贿
台湾民众党合法收受的政治献金，没有任何一块进入柯文哲的口袋，竟也能被栽赃为收贿！黄国昌反问北检，到底哪一个政治人物会这样收取贿款，而关于朱亚虎的认罪部分，黄国昌更揭露接获检举，朱亚虎跟沈庆京有和私人恩怨，朱亚虎为报复沈庆京做出什么恶意指控，那是朱跟沈之间的事，但若为报复沈庆京，连无辜的柯文哲都要栽赃拖下水，台湾民众党不会坐视，在审判程序交互询问时，相信真相一定会大白。

至于北检认定政治现金公益侵占案，周榆修则批评，赖政府完美示范如何透过国家机器撂倒政敌，把商业收入都解读成政治献金。举例来说，北检竟然以柯文哲演唱会门票很高，就等于是政治献金，毫无逻辑。而众望基金会员工平时从事慈善工作，在打选期间提供长照政策给柯文哲，跟新境界文教基金会运作并无不同。周榆修甚至秀出过去在新境界担任青年发展部副主任的名片，表示自己当时也是民进党中央党部青年发展部副主任，按照北检的逻辑，2024年赖清德的新境界文教基金会，侵占了民进党的政治献金？这合理吗，为什么赖清德可以，柯文哲就该死？
而有关木可，在8月29日记者会说明很清楚，木可跟蔡英文的小英商号、赖清德的赖桑小铺一模一样。北检起诉书也证实，端木正会计师确实擅自登打政治献金帐目，害惨台湾民众党。台湾民众党发函给监察院要求补正，竟得到需要申报人办理，或是柯文哲委托书才能，这根本就是刻意卡关。
停止押人取供 相信司法终将还柯清白
最后，黄国昌强调，台湾民主前辈换来的民主法治，不应该堕落至此，北检今天释放的资讯，很多与案件毫无关系但竟被公开，目的是什么？就是要让他们控制的媒体与网军，对柯文哲进行人格羞辱、人格抹杀。我们相信柯文哲清白，这四个月从没动摇，相信走完审判程序，会还给柯主席最基本的公道，请停止押人取供、公开审理，释放柯文哲。
