Let's have your experience on Trust Issue with your colleagues.

Do they Trust you or they simply very skeptical on you if mistakes happens n you are the executioner?

Do they believe what you explain or they just simply point finger at you first without letting you further explan.

They Trust your explanation or don't trust you even you tell the truth?

And when colleague found out it's not your mistakes but other, the colleague will tell you , you must do this n that....I mean hey, they commit mistakes, why I need to change for them???.
In truth, there are no true friends at work.
i dun trust 100% & also check myself.
All are competitors at work & good people finish last. So always think whats best for yourself first, job & money is to give your family better life, not your colleagues.

But then if your lead suddenly tell you " yo, next time, must check this n that in order not to hv such mistake".
I mean yo me I will say wtf? Their mistakes n why must add on extra layer to fo checking?

You got triangulated into dirty work. If it violated your values, just wayang / do bare minimum. Not your official JD.

You hv help. Solve. Case closed.

But the your lead, supervisor add on saying next time you should do this n that ...

Come on, that is user problem. Why try to indirectly sounded like suddenly is your problem.?

Might as well other department job I take over n do right?
This kind of lead really vomit blood.
he should dissect it with person/ dept who made the mistake to determine root cause & address that instead. Not doing round about
way. i think he just wan avoid inconvenience to himself bah. lol

Yeah, if he wanted to improve, go tell that colleague what he or she need to do. But not me cos it's not my problem and I only help the colleague solving it. But strangely, lead point the gun on you.

Need to manage your expectations of your lead loh. Everyone has different ways of doing things. He / she / it might be trying to institute a norm which is unbeknownst to you. Maybe can hear he / she / it out first. If it makes sense, then adhere. If not, just acknowledge but 当耳边风 loh. Peepur on top many times ‘power trip’ one. They will manipulate you to bullying others..

Yes many times, it is pure nonsense.
It is not my problem, I just help colleagues who need help. That's all m straight forward, solved . Case closed.

Yet my lead will use that colleagues issue put into my issue like saying "I hv to help check this n that so that the colleagues won't make the same mistakes."

I nearly fainted heart attack listening to his bs n silly respond.

nothing like u describe. We chiong together, got mistakes or hurdles, we ownselves quickly settle.

good job done, the team takes the credit. If got scolding i will tank (this is my job to manage my team work vs directors’ expectations)

I was expecting my lead once again tell me you must check check amd more check when mistakes not done by me but other colleagues query n questions about some job issues....
My lead nvr mentioned.
