Do they Trust you or they simply very skeptical on you if mistakes happens n you are the executioner?
Do they believe what you explain or they just simply point finger at you first without letting you further explan.
They Trust your explanation or don't trust you even you tell the truth?
And when colleague found out it's not your mistakes but other, the colleague will tell you , you must do this n that....I mean hey, they commit mistakes, why I need to change for them???.

bro, you have a good team members!nothing like u describe. We chiong together, got mistakes or hurdles, we ownselves quickly settle.
good job done, the team takes the credit. If got scolding i will tank (this is my job to manage my team work vs directors’ expectations)
