Whatever they do, HP should contest in a SMC/ lead a separate team to contest in a GRC.

They have to manage the risk esp since LMW and HP are so different and when together one of them will have to accommodate the other.

Also, if WP send an A Team to Marine Parade, they will win.

And if WP retain Sengkang, then there will be no seats for NCMP.

The issue now is WP seems to be distracted and misled to think they can win East Coast while their team in Sengkang looks weak.

The aura is very weak esp Ting Ru's.

Marine parade is a tough fight for WP.
They tried a few times already.
Perhaps better for them to consolidate their position in sengkang first and look for another grc to contest instead.

Yes, Desmond is well liked at West Coast. It is an uphill for psp to win.

I do not think that any other parts of Singapore will have any surprises except east side whereby WP will stand a higher chance to achieve better results.
Well liked ? Are you sure? I stay in boon lay nv even see him before

And no, I didn't vote for the ruling party the last ge

Next ge , my area might be under jurong central smc. I think hazel poa might contest for this smc then is psp again

Yes, that's why WP is the most successful opposition in Singapore.

I doubt that psp can mirror WP.
but too bad daft edmwers hiam them

PSP can only survive if they win at least one seat in the upcoming GE, or even better one GRC

Let be objective, You don't see him, doesn't mean that others don't.

One member here already attested that Desmond is popular in the eyes of his parents at West Coast.

Yes, that's why I said that this is a watershed GE for psp. If they scored nothing, they will just fade away because they may not even have any NCMPs in the upcoming parliament if WP scored another GRC.

When asked what would happen to the master plan should the town council change hands in the upcoming election, Josephine Teo, Member of Parliament and anchor minister for Jalan Besar GRC, acknowledged that a change in the constituency’s incumbent party is possible and that the team would “respect the residents’ choices”.

But “the question of whether they are familiar enough with the town, the question of whether they know what our residents want, will certainly be something to keep in mind”, she said.

Teo added that she hopes that the residents will allow the team the opportunity “to bring these plans into fruition on their behalf”. #MothershipGE2025
