yes i was considering this one but the brokerage order types are very basic....

For me the cheaper the better and 0.12% is the lowest so far compared to many others plus free market depth access.

I have some bonds under DBS Treasures custody and so far there are no charges and the wealth's reports looks good and even shows you the future interests payment.

For SG equities, the comm may be low at 0.12% but offline trades and transfers are expensive and they don't allow odd lots on-line.

For HSBC referrals, does the referer need to be present physically during account opening?
Thanks!

Need to open HSBC premier account. Most probably tomorrow late morning/ early afternoon. Already got the cashier's order for the required funds.

Don't mind a referral split.
Please PM. me with your offer of split.

1 caveat though. under the referral plan, the referrer will only get the money by 31 Jan 2018, for accounts opened by 31 July.
I will like to get my share within a few days of having my account opened.
Please PM me only if you are comfortable with this

A related question, which HSBC branch is "nicer"? Bukit Timah vs Holland V?
Thanks in advance!

Correct, cos the referrer will not know whether you will somehow breach the referral conditions and he end up not getting it.

If you are interested in a 50-50, do let me know. I got a relatively chiobu biz devt manager that can open for you too :)

Yeah, in retrospect not too fair to referrer.
Scrap that then...

for HSBC Premier referrers, I recall the max number of referrals is 3.
not sure if HSBC will inform upfront if exceeded, and not give a surprise after 6 months.

i asked my RM before, its based on 3 referrals per campaign in a promo quarter, not based on total accumulated referrals over entire lifetime

i referred more than 3 so far no issues
