Was at SC Vivo branch yesterday. Was told that premier relationship:
- has $1000 welcome gift but it requires all amount to be locked at 6 month deposit AND you must provide all your assets info to SC and your financial planning, otherwise welcome gift is only $200
- there is no such kind of thing as joint premier relationship, there is 'household recognition' but spouse of the primary account holder won't get the Priority VI card with 24 PP visits. He/she may get 'ordinary' VI card with 4 visits but annual must be paid.
Above is in contrary to what was written here.
As others have pointed out, SCB is priority banking. I applied for it in 2016. This was my experience, don't know how come your T&C so different.
In order to qualify, you just need $200k AUM INCLUDING stocks/shares purchased using online trading or transferred in from CDP.
There is no lock in period, but you need to keep the average AUM above $200k. (RM said that a few months drop below $200k, doesn't matter, but if more than 6 months they may review)
SCB Priority Banking VI, as Sgdividends pointed out, it is blue colour and not grey colour. I've not been charged subscription yet (some say they will minus your points to pay subscription, so just make your you use up your points).
No welcome gift.
They never asked me for assets info.
