Now iPad promotion with singsaver need to keep money in for 5 months I think. Anyone applied in July ? Needed to keep money for how long ?

Not sure which period it was applied to, but due to 'global shortages' instead of giving out the ipad, they have changed to giving out $499 in cash. FWIW.

Whoa. Singsaver free iPad Air advert still appears on my fb and it states it is worth $879. By giving $499, it is like being shortchanged isn’t it?

I just click and do it online. My RM generally leave me alone. He respond whenever I need his help so overall good for me.

SingSaver was giving away the $499 iPad for $80k AUM.

The current promotion is iPad Air for $250k AUM.

Looking for uob privilege referral. Very new to this. Do I go for the bank that I'd prefer for the privileges first, or go for the rewards like iPad and cash as mentioned by many?

Hassle free. Don't have to read through the terms and conditions and see if you miss any criteria. Just open account and deposit the money. Best for uncles like me. Haha. Don't have to think much.

The interest of 0.55% is higher than the regular fixed deposit interest rates in the current market.

uob privilege banking referral only $250, not much advantage except the nice lounge in raffles place and the one next to Somerset apple store. the high yield account at 0.55% is not bad with high cap

I find UOB deposit promo a hassle .. where they require customers "complete and submit the Participation Form strictly on the same day as the minimum initial deposit .... to qualify for this Promotion"

I had 1 bad experience where bonus interest was short bcos UOB did not process the form on the same day as the new fund deposit. They did top up after an appeal.

Lesson learnt ... dont do it on Sat, or near Branch closing time ... and verify the interest

Hi guys,

I saw the below 1% P.A for SC when I am browsing
https://www.sc.com/sg/save/current-...heU-hot2zdfMHw_wcB#accordian-terms-conditions
So can I say that if I sign out premier banking with SC
https://www.sc.com/sg/priority/sign-up/
I will get 2K when I deposit $200K and another 2K after one year? Any bro can enlighten me :)

You will need to fulfil all the conditions such as salary credit, monthly spent etc. If you don't invest or insure with them, the interest straightaway drops to 0.58%. pa.
