The MRT is not on the main line. Still need to go to Jurong East or Boon Lay to change

ya lor. Copen Grand can take JRL to Jurong East hub. Also close to buona vista and one-north hub.

Yishun only close to northpoint. If buy North Gaia need to take bus reach there. Then from there transfer to main red line but still quite far to orchard and city centre.

I believe the faster way to go Orchard from there is go down to Jurong East Ave 1 side and take bus 502

Copen grand residents dont need to go orchard. Jurong east is the 2nd orchard.

Actually government should kill the EC segment totally.
(1) HDB prices can go up more
(2) Condo prices will come down more

Don’t know who is the one who score point invented EC. Make many huat big big but ppl are not satisfied. Now complain expensive. !

It is like today I let u buy Rolex at 20% discount but cannot sell this Rolex for 3 years. Instead of being appreciative, some argue resale Rolex cheaper, cannot sell then if don’t like will be stuck for 3 years etc…

What about HDB land FOC since all citizens are builders of the nation? Example today 5-room HDB cost $480k. We waived the land price and just charge $150k just for building. Ok? Everyone happy happy enjoy cheap housing.
