PG on average is around $1.1kpsf. Now Copen Grand/TENET can fetch > 1.3kpsf so there is no reason why developr will sell cheap for the bounced units.

This means all the owners who bought new launch from 2020 regardless of location likely to profit as long as entry price is below $1.6k psf, since pte condo has a premium vs EC.
