Ya actually makes sense, no pressure on govt to step in and make ec affordable. I was being too humanistic in my view since i am considered the sandwiched class when comes to upgrading haha. I didnt consider copen because i stay in the east but am sure upcoming tamp ec tenet price will shock me even more.

Any property agent out there can project tenet pricing? The land bid price is 54psf more expensive den copen grand. But in terms of quality CDL tends to be much better den Qingjian.

Good for ppl whose work and family are around the west. My in laws and some other relatives stay near there so this EC quite hot conversation topic among us

The carpark lot is a deal breaker for me if i cannot get a lot then what? Sell my car? Doesnt work leh.

Park opposite at HDB carpark and walk home :o .Car lite might not be good for families. Anyway still got other ECs coming up in BB and of course Tenet :o

Like dat jialat le. Spend > 1.3mil and yet need to park far and walk back home :(
