Thinking NG and CG the price like similar. Like buying things u put them side by side, price close & similar, I think copen more attractive.

Copen sales so good, I was thinking if NG pricing instead has made CG attractive. Then now, I think Tenet can also price higher?

Maybe until everything become more expensive or nothing else left, the NG price will become attractive ba. When you have CG and Tenet similar pricing side by side with NG, people maybe will still consider.

To be sure, this computation also hasn't taken into account the implied rental saved for staying in the unit for 10 years and the opportunity cost on the mortgage loan taken on the EC.

ECs is gift from the government to encourage Singaporeans to upgrade if you can afford to do so. Generally, the net gain after 10 years should be much better than a HDB BTO in absolute terms.

I am referring to the new PC launch price in general across Singapore currently for OCR. Examples are Amo Residence and Lentor Modern.

I am more inclined towards the rich and poor gap getting wider. As in lesser and lesser can afford private because the rate of increase is alarming. But can still get typical BTO.
