My aunty going 98 yo coming March.

She still can email and play games on her computer :s13::s13::s13: She asked me whether my father (his youngest brother) can still do it (cause he has a girl friend). Can you?

since you ignore my question, so I came to conclusion that previous reply was a typo, you meant to say have 310 K in OA or earned 31 K. :s8:

No, sorry, you have your basic facts wrong. The home ownership rate in the United States in 2017 was 64.2%.

As it happens, that 64.2% translates into a higher effective home ownership rate than Singapore's for at least two reasons:

1. Freeholds are very nearly universal in the United States. The 99 year leaseholds that are ubiquitous in Singapore, including for all HDB units, are virtually unknown in the United States.

2. The United States has a much higher percentage of housing units as single family detached homes that do not have any common area rental requirements.

....Almost all of you are renting, folks. ;)

Gambling in casinos is a losing preposition in the long run.

You can win big once. You may be unlucky to lose everything if you don't have the discipline.

If a thread for big cannons to post about their investment returns is acceptable, don't see why posting screenshots of your cpf account values is not.

Perhaps I shouldn't have phrased it as big cannon fairy, just egomaniac.

Thats why he stopped and pumped all the winnings into CPF SA, this way he cant touch the monies anymore.
