No grounds for dispute lah! "It used to work for others" isn't a good reason if it's outside of the officially eligible categories. =(
You're right, forgot Rewards is only for clothes and such.

Officially, it covers online purchase of those eligible categories (clothing, shoes, bags).

Banana republic and charles and keith stores both receive 10x points for the citibank rewards card.
As for DBS woman card, MTR hong kong website and Ngong Ping 360 website give 10X points. Hotels.com and Otel.com have 10X points. The Gardens Hotel KL official website considered offline transaction.

Right now, I am in dispute with Citibank regarding my Rewards card. Apparently, the local store Banana Republic in San Francisco and Gap at Las Vegas are using another code for their machine and thus no 10X. But, I have been getting 10X for the online USA website without a problem. So, still sorting out my latest statement. Points do not tally even though the CSO told me only these two are not eligible.
Okay, so online shopping at those 2 apparel shops get 10x but offline purchase didn't get 10x cause of the MCC code? Is that correct?
Do let us know what is MCC code and transaction statement for both the online and offline transactions of those 2 stores, thanks.
And let us know the results of the dispute once you have it.

How do I find out the MCC code? And, I just found out my Amazon orders also did not get any 10X points. This is in October.

Call up and ask the cso. They can tell you if the transaction is posted. You can appeal if you bought items in the relevant categories.
Take note if you purchase air tickets from CheapTickets.sg® Official Site | Find cheap flights and book online.
If the transaction is posted as VAYAMA, it is eligible for 10x points with DBS Woman's. If it isn't, it will be 1x (SGD) or 3x (FCY).
