Those stupid aunties and some uncles made so much noise compared to the rest in the crowd.

Well. We are all called GRLs - grassroots leaders, regardless of appointments or nots.
I believe you are talking about those ad-hoc groups eg INC, AACs

Still, we lump ourselves under one term - GRLs.

There were no volunteers in my group.
