It's $0.70 per withdrawal, not per $100. You can withdraw in multiples of $100 one shot and just pay $0.70.
If I'm not wrong, they will deduct from your account value. For example your account has $5000. If you withdraw $1000, your account balance will be $5000 - $1000 - $0.70 = $3999.30.
You can surrender your policy any time for full withdraw.no that's not what I meant. I mean if you want to drain your balance, it seems like you'll have to leave behind $99.30 if the transaction fee is to be deducted from your balance
