DBS changed its Mutiplier plan

I have all the categories except loan and investments. I called up and cso said as long i have funds deducted for investsaver on 15th i should have it and b&e often delays. I just hope it is only a delay and not cock up

Did you had any prior unsuccessful funds deduction for the RSP? RSP setup after opening the DBS multiplier and within the 12 months window of RSP eligibility to DBS multiplier?

Yes i got income

This is a new rsp i set up in late Aug after opening multiplier. 15 Sep is 1/12. I converted from posb cashback bonus dunno if this affects

Being trying since last month but still the same issue. Call up dbs they say will check with technical team, and also to get wealth manager to call her.

My own account I manage to sign up online.

Anyone else faced similar issue?

same here, click apply for cancer care but the button did not react to route me to another page, tried 2 laptops still the same.

Btw, if I apply cancer care today, will it be in time qualify for Oct insurance category or it will be include on Nov insurance catergory?
