Just received a call from DBS, they claim that the unit trust investment must go thru giro. I told them dont ********..
Terms and condition never state must go thru giro.
It state as long you made unit trust RSP or lump sum. can already.

Now . waiting for another call.

Giro ? RSP is set by deducting automatically from your saving accounts, what kindof BS need giro

Thats is what I informed them. Why must deduct by giro?
The CS stop talking and told me she will seek clarification again.
Seriously BS.

Difference of 2.08 % and 3.50% of $50k is around $50.:s27:

I just took a look at my account too. buggers doesn't seem they want to honour RSP for their ETF. Strange thing is that the first month they gave.

In the BnE page there is a date of last updated date, it may not be today date. It tooks some time to update. Although it is slow to update, U still can check previous month total BnE. So can check back later.

Yup. it seems POSB/DBS is doing a system checking on the RSP issue.

Currently all my BnE summary is 0.
