Just received a call from DBS, they claim that the unit trust investment must go thru giro. I told them dont ********..
Terms and condition never state must go thru giro.
It state as long you made unit trust RSP or lump sum. can already.

Now . waiting for another call.
Don't need Giro la, I use Dbsv cash upfront is included

Does anyone use DBS multiplier and combo with BYOB ?

If you does this combo, can you kindly please explain how it works? I thought both account requires salary crediting so its pretty much impossible to earn salary crediting bonus interest from both account isn't it?

I am currently on BYOB. So I'm wondering if I can take up mutiplier and enjoy the benefits of both.

Me! Enjoying both byob and dbs Multiplier promo. You only need salary crediting to any dbs/posb account. So as long there's salary crediting and you use your CREDIT card 5 times monthly, you can enjoy both promotion.

BYOB: 2% + 2%
Multiplier only 1.85% since I only use two categories (salary and credit card)

BYOB + SAYE combo for 2% + 2% isn't it quite scam?

Its not really 4% but rather a net 2% p.a.

Can anyone verify if this is correct?

So for DBS can combo the Multiplier, BYOB, and the new 10% Cashback? the 5x use for BYOB can use the Visa Debit?

You need to read on BYOB. 2% credited via paylah monthly. The other 2% credited yearly which means it is compounded.
The paylah one is not compounded interest.

Interesting. Haven't read up on 10% so no comment.

Yes BYOB accepts 5x use of visa debit. But don't forget you need credit card (not debit) spend to qualify for Multiplier.

I just took a look at my account too. buggers doesn't seem they want to honour RSP for their ETF. Strange thing is that the first month they gave.

is this confirm? if yes, I'm damn pissed off since T&C never write at all. f them.
