DBS changed its Mutiplier plan

The code need to be SAL for it to be counted as salary. Description will not work.

If company is using DBS need do a salary arrangement for transfer

Else If do as a fund transfer the code is different no matter what description u put

No way I am going to sign up SGfindex. Don't want any bank to know how much I have across banks and in my CPF.

And still have to make an investment. $8.88 to do all these not worth it.

Interest is like sai now. Have to fufill investment and insurance. Now the choice are limited and not worth to take up these up just for the additional interest.

No such thing as “safe”.

To have the least “cost” can probably consider the bond etf since the fee is 0.5%.

Then everytime as soon as it gets credited just sell.

Even if it happens, it will lag behind and minimal. If the bank has enough monies, then the interest rate my not changed.

It's a matter of competition. If OCBC and UOB increase, then DBS will be compelled to increase.

Of course not. Drop follow the fed because it affects their profit margin. Increase they can take their own sweet time until their competitors increase, then they're forced to increase too because Singaporeans being Singaporeans will move their money into the account with the highest interest rates.
